WrapSong is a one-time purchase — there is no subscription, so there is nothing recurring to cancel. This policy explains cancelling an individual order.
Cancelling before production
Because production is automated and begins the moment you pay, please contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel. If your song has not yet entered production, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.
After your song is in production or delivered
If production has already started or your song has been delivered, your order is instead covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee — we’ll revise it until you’re happy, or refund you. See the Refund Policy.
