How to request a refund or revision
Just contact us with your order number and tell us what’s wrong. You can request a free revision from your account or the track-order page, or email us to ask for a refund.
How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Refunds are issued by us directly — there is no separate form to fill in.
